I brought dress from insta page glimra_shop worth 1999 RsCOD. I received the wrong product different from what I purchased they r not replying nor on Insta neither on contacting through email.They sent a dress not even worth that is also torn. Plz look into this

@cuglknp @CMOfficeUP @gailindia opted online for a cugl domestic connection on 19/11/2025 and yet there is no update for the reference no. CUGLNC-2025-18607. They haven't reverted back and there is no way to track. Can you please look into the matter and give updates .
