How do you ensure students know that their grade doesn't determine their worth? That a lower mark than what they are used to does not mean they are a bad student? That they have some work to do but we are so happy they are here and eager to do well? #TAlife

Just sent an email to all my first year students with a TYPO in my OWN NAME. I generally spend too long composing and editing emails for this specific reason... today I thought I'd just "fire one off..." sheesh...
