For those fixated on 'legality' to excuse the regime in Iran - F*ck You.

No, I will not let you be my voice. You don't get to narrate my story, you don't get to claim moral superiority. You don't get to tell me my feelings are wrong.

Is it legal to throw women in prison for strands of hair? Is it legal to mass execute people? Is it legal to turn a fertile land into a parched desert? Is it legal to rape? Is it legal to shoot innocent people? Is it legal to kill children? Is it legal to torture people to death? Is it legal to spread terrorism? Is it legal to deprive people of a livelihood? Is it legal to shoot people in the eye to blind them? Is it legal to silence people and take away all of their human rights? Is it legal to shoot down a passenger plane? Is it legal to drive millions to leave their country? Is it legal to jail women for singing and dancing? Is it legal to disappear people including children?

You will never experience anything like Iranians have experienced for the last 47 years.

Iranians have fought barehanded and they've paid a price. All up to 1,000,000 (one million) Iranians have been murdered since the regime came to power.
Your books on 'civil disobedience' and 'collective protest' are useless against an armed opposition that is ideologically driven and will kill all that stand in its way.

You want legality? The world has a duty to protect innocent lives. It's enshrined in R2P. Some people seem to think Iranians aren't humans. The murder, genocide and massacre of Iranians receives scant media attention - hence scant sympathy.

Those who proclaim to care about 'human rights' must think Iranians are animals and not worthy. Their hatred of Israel and US is so great they've lost all perspective.
Yes, Iranians are happy. They're happy someone took out Ali Khamenei and many others directly responsible for so much pain and agony.

And you know what? We're unashamedly hopeful that with the help of the world's superpower, we can reclaim our country and build a better tomorrow.

We know there's a long way to go, but give us this brief moment of reprieve, because daily we sit and try to tell the story of the lives lost, those at risk of execution, those under torture. We've seen the pictures and videos of massacres taking place.

Our dance and happiness comes with a heavy weight. We do so, in knowledge of the many who never lived to see this day.

The day of freedom will come to Iran, it's glorious - and we're not sorry if some outside help contributed to making that happen.

So don't speak on my behalf and stop excusing this regime on grounds of 'anti-colonialism'. and 'anti-Zionism'.

I am a woman from Iran. Let me tell you honestly how women like me see politicians like you in America, women who speak about freedom from the safety of Congress while sympathizing with our killers under Islamic regimes.

You stand next to the American flag, speaking about freedom. Now you launch campaigns saying, “No War With Iran.”

Now I want to introduce you to a brave Iranian woman who understood America better than you ever will.

Her name is Sara Saeidi.
Born and raised in Iran.
39 years old.
A mother of two daughters, 19 and 6.

She was shot in the head for the “crime” of peacefully protesting while wearing a sweatshirt that said MANHATTAN, with the American flag beneath it.

While you stood in Congress under that flag, she carried its name on her chest, not as symbolism for a photo opportunity but as a dream.

Three days after she was killed, her body was returned to her family only after threats and money were taken from them. They were banned from holding a proper funeral. Authorities falsified the circumstances of her death.

That is the regime you refuse to confront clearly.

She wanted the freedom Manhattan represents, the freedom to live without fear, without morality police, without a bullet in her head. The same freedom protected by the Constitution you swore to uphold.

You speak of “No War With Iran,” but you refuse to condemn the war being waged against us, the Iranian people, by the Islamic Republic.

More than 30,000 unarmed civilians have been killed.
Women blinded.
Teenagers hanged.
Mothers executed.

When American lawmakers like you reduce this reality to a partisan talking point, you do the regime’s work for it. Dictatorships thrive when moral clarity disappears and when lawmakers choose ambiguity instead of standing firmly with victims.

You call yourself anti war. But where is your condemnation of the regime’s massacre? Where is your outrage at its war against its own people? You are anti-Iranian women.💔

Peace without justice is surrender.

Your hatred of President Trump appears stronger than your love for America, stronger than your love for Manhattan, for freedom, for women’s rights. That is why you sound sympathetic to the Islamic Republic while remaining silent about women like Sara, like me, and like millions of Iranians who are victims of this barbaric regime.
You celebrating hijab day in Manhattan in beautiful New York and watching women get killed in Iran for not wearing hijab.

You say Americans were “dragged into a war they did not want.”

Who decided that? You? A poll? A press release?

Iran has funded, armed, and directed proxy militias across the region for decades. Iran has enriched uranium beyond civilian thresholds. Iran has openly called for the destruction of Israel and “Death to America.” That is not rhetoric from 2003. That is ongoing.

You call it unlawful.

Under Article II, the President has authority as Commander in Chief to respond to imminent threats and protect U.S. forces and interests. Congress declares formal war. Presidents from both parties have conducted limited military operations without formal declarations for generations. You know that.

You say diplomacy was “within reach.”

Diplomacy with whom? A regime that negotiates while enriching uranium? A regime that funds Hezbollah and Hamas while sitting at the table? Negotiations are leverage only when backed by credible force. Remove force and you remove leverage.

You invoke Iraq and Afghanistan.

Those were prolonged occupations and nation-building campaigns. A targeted strike to degrade military or nuclear capability is not the same as a 20-year ground war. Collapsing all military action into “another Iraq” is rhetorical inflation, not analysis.

You say violence begets violence.

Sometimes weakness begets escalation.

The question is not whether war is tragic. It is. The question is whether allowing a hostile regime to expand its capabilities unchecked reduces or increases long-term risk.

You frame this as a reckless ego decision.

Others frame it as deterrence.

If Iran crosses nuclear thresholds, you will not be debating War Powers resolutions. You will be debating regional catastrophe.

If you oppose the action, present a coherent alternative that prevents nuclear breakout and proxy expansion. Sanctions alone? Another agreement? What enforcement mechanism?

Serious foreign policy requires more than moral indignation and historical analogies. It requires strategy.

Disagree. Debate. Vote.

But stop pretending that every use of force equals endless occupation and that deterrence equals catastrophe.

That’s not constitutional defense. That’s political framing.
