@millsytrfc @LouHaigh @Trustpilot @GOVUK I rang 119 and they told me that there was nothing they could do to help, but to keep trying to contact or purchase another private PCR! But I will go for an NHS test. It’s terrible! I don’t think it’s just this company either which is ludicrous!
