so tired of seeing people taking offence over people putting up their Christmas decorations so early, this year has been filled with so much bloody sadness & emptiness for a lot of people if putting up their tree brings them a bit of happiness then why the hell not?! get over it

@lookitsfiona I’ve found using pure lavender oil in a diffuser so helpful and relaxing, doing yoga & meditating, also writing down what you are feeling and then things you are looking forward to/grateful for, it’s hard but it’s trying to think about the good & what you can control..
