@ExideCare Bought an Exide bike battery on Dec 4, 2023, now it’s dead. Kohinoor Battery in Ghansoli says I must wait a month for a replacement and submit it now. Staff was rude, saying they won’t replace it sooner. Is this how you treat customers? #ExideIndia #CustomerService
