@British_Airways The biggest issue was getting no information whatsoever. Nor was there a ‘disruption desk’ or any BA staff to collect the vouchers that BA emailed to tell us about. Delays happen. But BA is literally the worst at dealing with it
Not flown @British_Airways for years because they are so truly terrible. Today they remain truly terrible. Delayed at NCL with no flight information and no way of contacting anyone at BA. Never ever ever again

@HiltonHotels well done for ruining Christmas already. Closing a hotel without telling a diamond member with a pre-paid reservation is a different class of terrible. We had to call to find out that the hotel is closing because it isn’t busy enough!
@EurostarUK vile handling of passengers at St Pancras this morning. Absolute chaos and confrontational staff berating passengers for not following non-existing guidance. Next time I’ll be flying. Disgusting.
