A group that learns together grows together! As vascular surgeons we are really adept at minimally invasive procedures to revascularize our patients. Unfortunately, we have fallen short with appropriate and timely wound care therapy. 1/2
This would not have been possible without Joe Fronius, Kacie McConville (she/her/hers), and our local rep Scott Farrell and manager Matthew Shanahan.

After 10 years of using the Rota Link peripheral catheter, it was my pleasure to use the RotaPro in our outpatient lab, AccessCare Vascular. This device now allows for a much quicker set up, is far more efficient to use, and highly effective and safe. 🧵1/
I’d like to thank Boston Scientific to trust us to be the first site in New York State to accomplish this and will help train the next generation on the use of RotaPro. 🧵2/
Last weekend BEVSA’s staff enjoyed the good weather, getting together to celebrate a staff member who will be leaving for medical school soon! #summer#celebration
Dr. Noor specifically focused on the prevalence of AAA in females, and discrepancies compared to male patients of accessing care and obtaining correct diagnoses, as well as discussing the clinical outcomes in women of the procedure that is often performed to repair AAA 2/2
BEVSA's own Dr. Sonya Noor joined Dr. Sharon Kang to discuss abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) in female patients during a webinar entitled "United We Conquer--Best practices of Overcoming AAA Challenges in Female Patients, Presented by Female Surgeons" hosted by Endologix. 1/
Happy #internationalnursesweek from the staff at BEVSA! We truly appreciate our nurses and everything they do to provide the best care for our patients
