My ICICI shipment (AWB: 35032791463) was marked “delivered” but I never got it. When I called the Kashipur office, they refused delivery and said “complain all you want.”
I’ve emailed 3 days ago, no one has responded. Please escalate.

The document was sent by @ICICIBank_Care and is time-sensitive. This is now pure harassment by @BlueDartCares.

Product arrived damaged and both Flipkart and Beko are shifting the blame to one another.
As per the Flipkart policy Voltas Beko service center is supposed to replace the product. But the Voltas service center is denying support and asking me to talk to flipkart.
