@cromaretail It’s been 9 hrs @cromaretail and this is the standard response. No one has any idea of what is happening and when it’d get delivered. I’ve never seen such shallow customer service from any companies of your scale!

@cromaretail @cromaretail My concern is not delay in delivery updates. It’s delay in delivery of the item that I have ordered and the fact that your customer care has no clue whatsoever on the order apart from reading out information that’s there on the order page.
