Fairlay was under some DDOS Attack last week. Someone tried to guess passwords with a dictionary attack. It is mitigated now but expect more Cloudflare checks for some time. Meanwhile bitcoin-betting doesn't use any passwords or centralized servers and keeps running smoothly.
