@RoyalMailHelp 20 phone calls 5 hours on app and still unable to get a parcel re delivered , how is it my fault the postman can't be bothered to put details on the card ?

@RoyalMailHelp I have been trying to sort a re delivery on app but fails constanly , I have been to local office which is closed always , card had zero details on it so now 18 days has passed but sender says he did not provide a return address how can I get my parcel?
@currys send damaged goods and then won't refund them unused , you need the manufacturer to tell them its broken , broken or working I no longer want it but you won't start a refund. I bought it from you not beko, 2nd time in a month I've had the worst customer service here
