Magnor didn’t remove BlockStart’s case studies/testimonials - they blurred them and kept selling with “Contact us.”

We used AI-assisted similarity checks on the before/after screenshots. The blurred pages still appear to be the same underlying materials.

Hiding evidence isn’t compliance.

This isn’t ‘agency vs agency’. Individuals formerly connected to our operations split off and are now presenting BlockStart’s network/know‑how and case studies under the name ‘Magnor’, claiming they executed BlockStart-delivered campaigns. We’re placing evidence before the relevant authorities/courts.

If you do not take timely steps to correct this, and the misattribution continues, BlockStart will reserve all rights and pursue any remedies available to address the reputational harm and losses caused by the ongoing public use of this material.

Since we declared filing a lawsuit against Magnor Agency in a previous post, we are sharing updates to keep the process transparent.

Background:

The current owners of Magnor Agency are former BlockStart employees who held strategic positions including campaign management and finance operations. In 2025, they stopped using BlockStart's business ledgers and began routing transactions through personal accounts. They took strategic company assets including influencer pricing data, case studies, and invoices.

Their Strategy:

Their plan is simple: by maintaining a website featuring campaigns and influencers, they want to present themselves as a legitimate agency with no connection to the allegations against them. They intend to frame this as a disagreement between two competing agencies rather than what it actually is.

We can clearly see their game plan, and this is why, rather than responding professionally, they remain silent. It benefits them for BlockStart to pursue them as if they are a real agency.

Our legal counsel has instructed us to establish that BlockStart actually executed all the campaigns shown as "Cases" on their website, and to request that all influencers that worked in BlockStart's campaigns and whose profiles falsely appear on Magnor's website have their details removed.

Current Status:

Only one agency remains listed on Magnor Agency's website: @Markchain_io . They have been instructed to request removal from Magnor. However, since the removal of this final agency reference may result in serious legal consequences for Magnor's owners, they may choose to ignore the request for removal.

Why This Matters:

To protect BlockStart's reputation and credibility as an agency
To hold accountable those who attempted to take BlockStart's reputation, business operations, and network
