A joint #OPBAT operation from the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), #DEA, #USCG, and local police resulted in the arrested of 2 Bahamian men after a Piper PA-23 #Aztec landed at the Stella Maris Airport (#MYLS) in Long Island, loaded with 21 sacks of #cocaine.

On 06 August, a video was tweeted showing the #aircraft taking off from a #clandestine landing strip, having been modified with the removal of its seats to likely traffic #narcotics.

The whereabouts of the #plane is #unknown at this time.
