#crooks swear these budget airlines are shocking. Bought and paid for seats on a plane, got an email last night to say ‘we’ve had to make a slight change’ and it’ll be ‘no more than 10mins’. When in actual fact it’s the other end of the day. Contact customer services (1/3)

this morning to be told the original flight in now longer available flying. All the while I can see on the website that same flight available for booking. ‘Not sure why that is, definitely not available anymore sir. It’ll be taken off the site soon.’ And still tonight the (2/3)
