Hello @KenyaOla , I wish to raise a complaint against a shop attendant who took my M-PESA number to text me, to threaten me, after an altercation regarding parking. I had paid my bill in full yesterday and It is a data breach to text me on the line I paid with.

Hello @KenyaOla why is a an attendant from Westlands shop texting me on the M-PESA number I paid with, whereas I have no debt with them? Do your attendants randomly pick customers M-PESA numbers to text them?

Mark you they didn’t even have a name tag for ease of identity.
