After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
May God bless America.
One of the more impressive things I’ve seen on a football field in quite some time. Harrison Butker with a bomb from 59, but the precision and hustle in between equally as tough in my book.
Sources: The #Packers and #Bills held trade talks this offseason centered around CB Jaire Alexander, but talks ultimately fell through and Buffalo moved on.
It’s unclear if the Bills will revisit things now that Alexander has been released — especially since they spent a first-round pick on Maxwell Hairston — but they were a team that had shown real interest.
From trade to truce and beyond: the Browns and Myles Garrett reached agreement today on a record contract extension that averages $40 million per year and includes $123.5 million in guaranteed money and now makes him the highest-paid non-QB in NFL history, sources tell ESPN. Garrett’s agent, Nicole Lynn of Klutch Sports and Browns GM Andrew Berry finalized the deal today.
“This deal materialized in the shadows … LeBron James had no idea this was coming. Anthony Davis had no idea this was coming. I’m told Luka Doncic is still stunned about this trade.”

#Steelers WR George Pickens is officially inactive.
Mike Tomlin had expressed optimism that he would go to @tracywolfson. But now, officially out with a hamstring.
1 x 1 #Texans LB Azeez Al-Shaair on the defense sacking Caleb Williams 7x: “...We made him uncomfortable….As a defense, just trying to take everything personal..”
On his Caleb hit that led to the sideline scrum: "...I think you see what happened with Tua (Tagovailoa), you don’t want that for nobody; but at the end of the day I got a job to do and so does he…."
On if he expects league discipline for (apparent) punch on Roschon Johnson: "...At the end of the day I’m just trying to play football…I feel like nobody who’s on the sidelines, who’s not playing in the game, should be putting their hands on anybody. So, I respect every man, and I expect people to respect me as well. It just works two ways.”
