@Cubbyxx At one time I was hoping to partner my uni with an esports org so make use of the existing co-op program.

So in exchange for employment, prospective pros would advance their career (both esports, and their college pursuit.)

I still feel this angle to be worth pursuit…

@Damonte I am with you up to the final point — it is acceptable and necessary to reflect on others IN ADDITION to yourself in a team context. Radical candor & mutual constructive criticism is necessary. That said, flat out venting publicly is not the way to reflect on your team/peers.
