The type of people you can’t trust are the ones constantly antagonizing you with little shady, unprovoked comments. That behavior is usually a reflection of insecurity, misery, and a need for chaos. The best part is not giving them the reaction they’re desperately fishing for.
If you have to make things up, act like I told you information I never shared, or grasp at straws because I’m still choosing not to tell you something, I don’t trust you. And doing it in front of other people? Yeah… that tells me everything I need to know.
The same people talking shit behind your back will turn around and expect you to show up, support them, and be genuine toward them… meanwhile they can’t reciprocate a damn thing. 😂 The entitlement is insane.
If you’re inconsiderate, self-absorbed, lack self-awareness and can’t read the mf room, please don’t even come near me. 😂 I’m not interested in teaching grown people basic social awareness.
When me and my friend went to dinner I covered our bill plus tip which was a little over $200 because I wanted to. We went to the store I needed an energy drink and gas she immediately said “I’ll get what you need” and that’s the only type of people I want around me. It’s never about keeping score or matching dollar for dollar. It’s simply knowing you got me just like I got you .. you can’t put a price on reciprocation, I just need to know it exists.
Avoid people who blame you for the consequences of their own behavior. They hurt you, you react, and somehow you're the one who's called "too sensitive" or blamed for everything.
Sometimes, the healthiest response is to create distance. You don't have to argue. You don't have to defend yourself.
You don't have to get pulled into their drama. Quietly step away, and let distance do what endless arguments never could.
A lot of people work overtime burying their own dirt & controlling the narrative just so they can judge everybody else like they're the exception. Whole time, the image they're protecting doesn't match what's really happening behind closed doors. A facade only lasts but so long.
