@virginmedia I ordered the ultimate oomph. The tv boxes weren’t upgraded. This was resolved this week. My 3rd box was supposed to be replaced with a 360 mini. told yesterday an engineer was attending today. When chasing this up I have been told the box hasn’t been ordered again
