A remarkable milestone in #SkullBaseSurgery. A 56-year-old with a giant skull base chondrosarcoma underwent a successful 36-hour single-stage tumour resection with facial nerve reanimation. A testament to multidisciplinary teamwork, precision, and perseverance.
