@gingersquirrel7 @bridgeblox I guess it depends what you mean by encouragements. The best encouragements are seeing Jesus changing people, seeing his likeness in the church family, seeing what he does in my weakness & seeing him in his word. Feedback, thanks etc are great but Christlikeness is where its at.
