1/2. We designed this residential concept to fully cater for everyday living. Solid, restrained edges address the neighbours and public realm, while more transparent regions selectively frame the gardens and expansive savanna sky.

2/2. The result is a home where spatial flow, natural light, and garden views are integral to daily living. Subtle stone and timber cladding add warmth without overwhelming the contemporary feel. 400 SQM, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suites. Construction begins soon!
1/2. Happy to share our renovation design proposal for a Dorset Rd residence in Mt Pleasant. Like many older homes, it was heavily partitioned and internally focused and our redesign opens it up with glazed openings, garden connections, and an open-plan layout.

1/2. We have just obtained planning permission for a residential renovation project in Mt Pleasent. Design brief included exterior facelift, reconfiguring interior spaces towards open plan arrangements, having more generous spaces and creating seamless indoor outdoor living.
