Yesterday we took calls into close. Today people chased calls and got bagged.
Two setups shared earlier in the day. As we neared yesterday's close the daily imbalance setup was valid with the first target being 745.34.
Took 6/18 745/750 call debit spreads at $2.03. Profits taken at $2.40, $2.63 and $2.80. Ended up closing out last of runners at $2.30.
The second setup shared triggered today and we also took that trade. 745/755 call spreads (7/17 exp.) in at $3.80. I've already scaled out of 75% of that position and will likely close in full before end of day.
$SPY
$AAPL I was looking for a reversal from 316.55. Two scenarios for the pullback. Both are still valid. I didn't expect price to get to previous high 288.62 so quickly. I was thinking the 20-week sma would make it's way up to those two previous highs and we see a back test of that area. Either way, those that followed banked on Apple puts. One longer dated, another went full degen and printed over 500% 🔥
$NVDA Discount + Daily Support ✅
Setup shared with members back on the 4th. We were looking for a bounce into 4-hour resistance- got that, rejected and sold off into discount.
If there is another low, Previous Low (194.74) and weekly support is just below and is next area of interest for a reversal.
Example of different possible outcomes of 20 players with identical win rate (3.5bb/100)/ skill based purely on variance (luck) over 100,00 hands played. This would be for short handed PLO which I played for a long time. The variance in the game is insane.
Stanley Druckenmiller:
“Life goes in streaks. And like a hitter in baseball, sometimes a money manager is seeing the ball and sometimes they're not.”
When investors are down, they tend to get aggressive to win it back. Druckenmiller: “One of my most important jobs as a money manager was to understand whether I was hot or cold...”
“In my opinion, when you're cold, you should be trying for bunts.”
NASDAQ 100 is up 8 days in a row, with a total gain of 9.4%!
Momentum is strong, and this is bullish for the NASDAQ in the next few days and weeks
$NDX $QQQ
$SPX and $NDX have both gone from a 100-day low to a 200-day closing high in 11 days. $SPX has never done it that fast before. (12 days 10/31/2014 was the closest). $NDX did it once (1/31/1985). So...wow.
Let's see if we can use the power of social media and @X to save a life...
I received this message earlier this morning from a friend. Her 29-year-old son was just diagnosed with high-risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), an aggressive form of blood cancer.
After undergoing chemotherapy, he now urgently needs a stem cell transplant to survive. They hope to find a suitable donor within the next 30–60 days, so time is critically important.
Please like, repost, and @ potential individuals that may be able to help.
Please read the message below for more details:

"Hi Ted,
Hope you are doing well. I would appreciate it if you could use social media to help me to save my son. Please see the details below.
"Hello dear friends, community members and kind supporters,
I am writing to you today as a mother, humbly asking for help to save her child. My 29-year-old son, Warren, a Berkeley alumni, has been diagnosed with high-risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), an aggressive form of blood cancer. After undergoing chemotherapy, he now urgently needs a stem cell transplant to survive. We hope to find a suitable donor within the next 30–60 days, so time is critically important.
We are reaching out especially to individuals of Asian ancestry, because stem cell matching depends on genetic background, and patients are far more likely to find a compatible donor within their own ethnic group. Unfortunately, matching donors are very difficult to find—even among close relatives.
How you can help:
If you, your children, relatives, or friends are:
*Age 18–35 (most needed age group)
*In generally good health
*Of Chinese ancestry
*Please consider joining the stem cell donor registry and completing a simple cheek-swab test to determine compatibility.
Why registering is simple and safe:
*Registration starts with a quick, painless cheek swab
*In the U.S., you can join through NMDP
https://t.co/G2pPTZ1waO
*Ages 18–35 are especially encouraged to register
*Stem cell donations are similar to a blood donation
*Joining the registry is voluntary, and you may remove yourself or decline later
For our family, this is not just a medical crisis. This is our son, a young man with his whole life ahead of him, fighting for a chance to live.
Please help us by signing up, or by sharing this message with friends, alumni networks, student communities, workplaces, churches, and other community organizations as widely as possible. Every registration increases the chance of saving a life.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, and support."
Thank you , Ted!"
