#Bonnyville#75eAnniversaire#GrandIncendie1951

A splash of orange against all this white! 🧡 I think the robins and I are in total agreement about this late-season snow. Even so, their arrival is the best kind of promise that warmer days are finally within reach. ☀️

On April 12, 1980, Terry Fox, accompanied by his friend Doug Alward, dipped his right leg into the Atlantic Ocean at St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.
It began the Marathon of Hope and turned Fox into a Canadian hero and icon.
This is the story.

Brian spent his life serving our country, our province, and the community of @BonnyvilleAB.
He was more than a colleague — he was a true friend.
He will be deeply missed. 💙
