For me, the most valuable jobs would be those jobs that are not easily replaced by AI (aka traditional jobs, aka the jobs this tweet I quoted makes fun of).
I find this funny and backward-thinking because on the contrary, I believe these Nail Tech, Lashes, Plumbing, etc would be even more valuable skills in a few years to come.
I work in AI Automations, and I will tell you for a fact that I can build systems that can do up to 80%
the job of Project Managers, Copywriters, Designers, and SEOs. ๐
AI keeps innovating fast and faster, and worse - it continues becoming easily accessible to anyone.
โ โThe best email subject lines are short.โ
(Because people apparently hate long subject lines - except when they donโt, and those long, curiosity-driven ones get twice the open rate).
Yet, every day, marketers and founders take these rules as do or die:
โ โPost on LinkedIn at 9 AM for maximum reach.โ
(Because obviously, all your prospects have synchronized their coffee breaks to check LinkedIn at precisely 9:00 AM).
Trust me, itโs a surefire way to burn out even the most capable marketer.
Build smart. Scale better. ๐
What do you think - would you tweak or add anything to this team structure?

You need at least one marketer from each of these groups to keep things balanced and effective.
If you hire just one marketer to execute all of these because โthey must be able to multitask,โ then you are setting up for marketing failure.
People are not serious enough to want a job. And guess what? That makes it easier for you to stand out from other applicants.
