My dog failing puppy school and not being able to walk with the rest of her class at graduation is still the funniest shit ever. The teacher was like “she can always retake the course and try again for her diploma” like my dog gotta get a GED is you serious? 💀
TV shows/movies are too dark, entertainment is too vulgar lately, headlights are too bright, people don’t dress up for important things anymore to name a few 😂

In 2021, my friend Carole was diagnosed with terminal stage four cancer. A single parent with two kids, she had just turned 43. In 2017, she had watched her brother Chris die of the same cancer. He too was in his 40s.
make sure you always ask how everyone with a patient is related to that patient…

I used to love to read. Now I'm in my Phd, and I read so much for school. The last thing I want to do is read more. So, I veg out in front of the TV. Anyone else temporarily lose your love of reading when you are in your PhD? I hope to go back to reading for fun when I graduate.
