@AmericanAir Had a flight on 5/15 that got delayed 5 times within 5 hours and took off 6 hours later than it was originally supposed to. when it first got delayed we were then put in a position where we had to rebook our connecting flight for the next morning. when we finally
sleep on plastic chairs in DFW. after several calls and complaints, all i got was 2500 miles in compensation. not even enough to buy a quarter of a flight and those also expire after some time. @AmericanAir worst customer service experience possible and absolutely no help after
