MSTR SELLS 1,638 BTC, REPURCHASES $81M OF STRC, USD RESERVE HITS $4.0B

Strategy sold 1,638 BTC for $104.7 million at an average price of $63,957 per bitcoin last week, reducing its holdings to 842,138 BTC.

The company also increased its USD Reserve by $250 million to $4.0 billion and repurchased $81.2 million of STRC preferred stock.

MSTR also sold $290 million of common shares last week, further diluting common shareholders.
