@rokhladnik Yes since August on one of my accounts. Engaged share has claimed 15% to 30% with no changes our side that would have caused that

[Carly Stringer @_carlystringer]

@MehtabKarta Yes seeing this too.

Two independent meta-analyses of Meta Ads incrementality tests show the same thing:

Meta Ads produce an average incremental return of 1.2x your 7DC ROAS.

That's from Haus and CTC.

Until your own incrementality tests show otherwise AND you replicate those tests, make that your baseline expectation.

🚨 We’re still hiring for our Creative Strategy Incubator.

Over the last few years, we’ve built and trained what we believe is one of the strongest Creative Strategy teams in the UK.

The Incubator is a training ground for the next generation of elite Creative Strategists in e-commerce.

Think of it as an MBA for Creative Strategy.

Years of experience compressed into months, inside one of the strongest creative strategy ecosystems in the UK.

If you’re early in your career, deeply curious, commercially sharp, and obsessed with how creativity actually drives performance, this is your launchpad.

You can apply for the incubator here: https://t.co/APSsmwkcu2

@PhilKiel Hero. A meta AM shared this with my last year, I stupidly don't save it and have been trying to track it down ever since! 🙌

Claude. I'm going in.

Any recommended resources for beginners? How are other Growth Marketers using Skills and Cowork in their workflows? 🧐

[Undeniable aura @ChereneAubert]

They’re not on dtc twitter but there’s a whole network of incredible women running creative, dev, and influencer agencies working with the hottest beauty brands and they’re smoking you guys. It’s incredible to witness

This is one of the most common questions we get asked and it’s usually the wrong place to start.

“What’s the right creative testing setup in ad accounts?”

The real question is this:

What’s the constraint in the account right now?

Because there is no universal “right” setup.
The only setup that works is the one built around your current constraint.

We’ve been shortlisted for the Meta Agency Awards 2025.

Huge moment for the team.

We’ve been nominated in the Creative Diversity category, spotlighting the work and growth we’ve achieved with one of our partners, and how creative volume and variation has driven that success.

This one means a lot.

Meta’s recognition reinforces something we’ve believed (and built) from day one:

→ The brands that scale fastest are the ones that test faster and create more diverse, data-driven ads than anyone else.

Massive shoutout to everyone across Soar + Hambi who’s pushed boundaries over the last year, the strategists, editors, designers, and media buyers who live and breathe this stuff every day.

Regardless of the result, I’m proud of the team.

What a week in Ireland at the Foxwell Founders event. Took me a couple days to recover and process and finally get this posted (nothing to do with the good times in Galway after the event 😅)

First - huge thanks to @andrewfoxwell and Gracie for doing such an amazing job cultivating the community and bringing everyone together. Always top-notch events. Dublin was amazing but the people were even better.

Always a privilege to spend time with the OG homies @PhilKiel, Edwin Hermawan, @CJSlattery, and @courtfritts.

Also got to FINALLY meet in person some incredible people I've connected with online over the years:

@Tris_atWebtopia - you're a gem. Thanks to you and your lovely wife for everything my friend.

@rokhladnik - my guy. Thanks for all the laughs and conversations!

@walt_clay and @luisfer_sg - putting you together of course, because, right? Haha - truly enjoyed getting to know you guys.

@fIorianlitterst - so great finally meeting you after years of connecting with you online and our time in the Meta technical program.

@IstvanicMarin - you're an amazing operator, thanks for your presentation. It was great getting to meet you.

@jamesrbertram - great meeting you sir - thanks for the laughs.

To @_carlystringer, @emcidilo, @oliverblackshaw, @ohgosu, @ianhaynes, @Tudi_rad, @harrydelmege_ @BreckinGeorgia, and @GrantHushek - it was great connecting with you and I wish we had more time to talk - hopefully see you again soon. Sorry if I missed anyone!

Until the next time!

[Carly Stringer @_carlystringer]

@rokhladnik @binghott Gotta love a Barry quote! Great to FINALLY meet you Rok!

[James Kelly @jameskellyads]
