another one of these ridiculous takes about neurodivergent people doing stuff that is completely normal and not out of the ordinary for neurotypical people as well
@madi_rang7@awkwardgoogle Yea u right
I think the overall issue is that the restaurant business model takes advantage of the employees and considers them disposable so they will never pay them a livable wage in a long term sense.
And thats even if the restaurant is successful
This is exactly what I’m talking about for those of u that saw my last tweet about neurodivergents.
This isnt special or peculiar behavior. It’s a normal thing all people do as well as all people get triggered by self reflection. It’s awkward and uncomfortable.
@madi_rang7@awkwardgoogle It depends on the establishment. Sometimes the tips aren’t split at all and sometimes they’re split between literally everyone on the clock for that shift
Once again, servers should get the same hourly pay as the kitchen staff and the tips should be split 55-45 (kitchen imo) and overall restaurant staff should be paid wayyy more hourly.
Tipping is so dumb, Im with this person all the way.

Does anyone else with ADHD have a “wear again” pile ?? Like the clothes you wore out for a bit, not long enough to be dirty, but not clean enough to put back, so they just live in a nearby pile for “later”…. or is it just me ??
