@CDayLynch Lol- top 25 yes. I Know he played Nadal tight once but think he lost, not sure he’s beaten the big 3, certainly not at a major. But even to beat a top 10 player he needs to play almost perfect, hold every service game and then win 50%+ of tiebreaks. Serve is devestating tho
@CDayLynch It’s more than just tired, it’s keeping a level of nadals for 4 hours, 90% of tournaments are 2/3, slams are 3/5 giving people that have been there a significant advantage. He’s not so much tired, as he is experiencing something for the first time nadal does in his sleep
@CDayLynch thoughts on this match through 8 games? Think were in for a good one if recent long matches doesn’t wear down Berrenttini. Front row didn’t realize they’d be able to smell nadals deodorant on Berrenttini’s serve when they bought the tickets.
@CDayLynch Just Nadal left with a grand slam win, or even a final appearance. Not sure if it’s just because it’s the end of the year slam, but the US Open is always the best chance of someone breaking through for one
