MISSING PERSON: The Toledo Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.

Mark Conner, 68, was last seen in the 2200 block of Collingwood Blvd. He is described as a Black male, 5’6” and approximately 165 pounds, last seen wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans. There are concerns for his safety as he suffers from dementia.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call or text Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
