@Dyson I purchased your vacuum, but a part was defective. After multiple failed attempts to reach support, I finally got through, only to have my replacement order canceled. Now I’m left with a faulty product and no resolution. This is unacceptable—your customers deserve better!

@lufthansa My luggage is also stuck in Munich since Friday and I can’t get through to anyone! Almost considered flying back there to try to get my bag but judging by other people’s experiences seems like not even that will work! @lufthansa do better!!!
