I played XIV the other way, waiting for peak backwardation and going long XIV. Did this many times with great success, and obviously also did this in the run-up to its forced liquidation. Luckily my degenerate brain kept me adding and my average was almost flat to the ultimate liquidation level. A narrow escape...
