I have to lose 20 pounds, clean my room, get a new job, be more outgoing, make more friends and change my wardrobe and fix my gut issues and stop sleeping late and get a masters and meal prep and stop being myself
65% of the price of petrol for consumers is tax. 60% of the price of diesel for consumers is tax. Micheál Martin and the Irish govt are the biggest gougers of all.
My entire life is powered by a desire to go swimming in nice water. I only work to go swimming. The winter is hard for me because I lose sight of what is most important when I am far away from going swimming
Hundreds of people gathered in Finglas this evening for a vigil for 16-year-old Grace Lynch.
Her mother gave an emotional statement, pledging to fight to get scramblers off the streets after Grace was killed when struck by a scrambler near her home at the weekend.

The average employee in Dublin earns €49,500. A newly qualified teacher earns under €42,500. A nurse just over €37,000 and a garda less than €39,000, if not doing shift work. None of them meet the (€56,000) minimum salary requirement

This evening, our team served 475 hot meals to those in need on the streets of Dublin. 💛
During Child Poverty Week, what struck us most was the presence of children at our Soup Run. Seeing little ones in the queue for food is a heartbreaking reminder that child poverty is not a distant issue — it is happening here, in Ireland, today. No child should go to bed hungry, yet many families are facing daily struggles to provide the basics.
We are truly grateful to our volunteers and supporters who help us continue this work. Your compassion ensures that vulnerable families and individuals do not feel forgotten.
As the need grows, we urge everyone who can to support — through donations, volunteering, or simply raising awareness. Every small act of kindness helps us stand together against poverty and hunger.
📍 Join us, support us, or donate to our cause. Together, we can bring hope, dignity, and care to those most in need.

In the last year more than three quarters of all new private homes in Dublin were bought by big landlords. Think about that and what it means for workers and families who are left fighting for the scraps, with little hope of owning your own home.
This tells you everything you need to know about Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael. Big landlords always at the top of their agenda.
Homes should be prioritised for workers and families – not hoarded by big landlords. Stop the sell-off of our homes!
my therapist said this to me, and it hit me like a brick “if it drains you, it’s not for you. love, friendships, jobs, anything meant for you will nourish you, not exhaust you. 1/2
How f*cked up is this
20 apartments in Macroom
20 years empty
Owner Dunnes Stores
Letting them rot while many of its staff, customers & suppliers struggle to get home
