I bank with Zenith Bank. When I slot in my ATM card, the machine will welcome me and say “Arome, welcome”. The machine is dealing with me as a personalised customer. If I give my friend, Gideon Odoma my ATM to help me make some withdrawals, when he slots in the card, the machine will still say “Arome, welcome”, it won't recognise Gideon. It accepts the transaction because it takes for granted that it is Arome.
When you give your life to Christ, the Christ that is in you is the one that has the passcode to the throne of Grace. So when you come before the throne of Grace, you're not admitted into activities or transactions with that throne because you're ‘Samuel’ or ‘Philip’ by name. Christ in you becomes the basis of your right standing with God, He doesn't see you, He sees Christ; just like the ATM machine didn't recognise my friend Gideon and thought it was dealing with Arome.
So, Christ in you becomes the reason of your acceptance. Not you in yourself, but Christ in you. As long as you have Christ in you, when you stand before God, you're Right from the perspective of the Justice system of Heaven.
It is this RIGHTNESS that gives you the platform for Prayer. It is this RIGHTNESS that makes you to be able to engage God without inferiority, guilt and condemnation.
And the proof that this RIGHTNESS is in place is that there's an inner PEACE. PEACE means you're accepted. Peace means welcomed. Peace means you're free to do transactions in the courts of Heaven.

And that's an arrangement that was put in place not because you had anything to contribute to it. Salvation is not a reward for good behavior; it is a gift released by the grace of God. We access this grace by putting our faith in Jesus Christ.
Because it is entirely God’s doing and not our achievement, no man has grounds to boast.
Therefore, every believer must live in humility, knowing that redemption is purely the mercy of God.

Avoid the Jonah trap in the prophetic by making wanting to prove you are right and not compassion your motivation.
Many teach from the standpoint of wanting to prove their point from the scripture rather than presenting truth in a way so as to transform the lives of the listeners.
When you listen to such people as they speak, you can literally see the obvious gaps in their presentation as other scriptures, which contradict what they are saying pop up in your mind.
Knowledge and not compassion has become the driving force.
Even in the prophetic, you may say something, and the way the events turned out is completely different from your prophetic utterances. What you said was judgemental, but what God seems to be doing is showing mercy.
We are sent to make others win, to change and improve the lives of others even when our voice is corrective.
God is all about humanity. This is why the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath.
If you stand against the progress of the collective because you want to show you were prophetically accurate, you will experience a lot of pain just like Jonah did.
Let compassion and not your ego, which makes you think (you must always be right) be your driving force.

Sweep theough the entire year in prayer and clear your entire pathway of spiritual "IEDs"
The results will be whatever the enemy meant for evil, God turns it around for your own good.
The principle of resignation in prayer. Not that I am accepting my fate but that I wait to hear what God says and what he says is final and only foundation for true faith.
The letter killeth but the Spirit giveth life.
There is something lawyers say when they argue matters in court.
They speak about interpreting the intent of the law. It is not enough to quote the law. You must understand the intent of the words you are quoting. It is done that the law may not be abused in its interpretation. The law must be used the way it was designed to truly function
This thought is also consistent with interpreting the scriptures. Without knowing the intent of the logos, i.e., the word of God, you may end up experiencing "death" rather than "life" from the scriptures. Remember the letter killeth.
For example some concluded by listening to Paul's messages and reading his writings that "let us therefore continue in sin that grace may abound" This was a clear misrepresentation of the intent of his teachings to which he further clarified "how can we dead to sin continue therein"
Jesus made this abundantly clear in approaching the interpretation of scriptures. The Pharisees were very dogmatic in their interpretation such that when Jesus healed on the Sabbath, they were infuriated with him.
Jesus taught that you must understand the intent of scriptures. He told them this "Was it not forbidden under the law to eat the shew bread kept in the temple except you were a Priest however when David was hungry he went in with his people and ate the bread which appeared to be a violation of the letter of the scripture. He then said the intent of scripture is never to hurt, limit, neglect, or undermine man in any way. He concluded by saying the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath.
Mark 2:25-27
"25 And he said unto them, Have ye never read what David did, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him?
26 How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave also to them which were with him?
27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath"
When you become dogmatic even with the supposed letters of the New Testament without a workable understanding of them, you slip back into legalism even though you are quoting New Testament scriptures. It is being done in a legalistic way. The voice of God behind those scriptures has not been heard. It's merely an interpeetation of English language and not revelation knowledge.
The spirit of the Pharisees rests on you, and those around you start tip towing, not wanting to offend your legalistic approach to the scriptures.
You know if you understand the intent of the 10 commandments, you will know they could never have been abolished. The intent of the 10 commandments was to protect man from being injured by the sin nature in us.
Every commandment apart from the first three which are towards God is relational towards man. This means it instructs not to deprive others forcefully of what belongs to them. They are all instructions in love. This is why it is written "All of the law is fulfilled in keeping the commandment of loving your brother as Christ loved them."
In walking in love you will keep all the commandments and even exceed them. You cannot violate any single one of them if you are walking in love. If you understand the true intent of the commandments.
Sin hurts others. The 10 commandments were given to limit the capacity on sin to cause damage. This is clearly defined here.
Job 35:8
"Thy wickedness may hurt a man as thou art; and thy righteousness may profit the son of man."
This is why Paul could freely quote one of the 10 commandments in instructing children in the New Testament without violating the scripture that says, "Christ is the end of the law."
Ephesians 6:2
"Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;"
Paul knew the intent of scriptures. He was taught by the Holy Spirit and not just being loyal to some dogmatic approach of a certain stream
