HMS Charybdis (F75) was a Leander-class frigate of the Royal Navy, built by Harland & Wolff in Belfast and commissioned in 1969. Nicknamed βCherry B,β she initially served as the Gibraltar guard ship before deploying extensively to the Far East and Pacific, participating in Commonwealth exercises and diplomatic missions.
