I am genuinely never going to order from @OfficialPLT again. 3 orders I placed for an outfit on the 4th October and spent over £600. 2 of which orders were never ever received and 1 came too late and returned. I contacted PLT 9th October and the issues still have not resolved!

Partly refunded incorrectly on my Klarna account and have left me with an outstanding bill of £448.56. HOW? When your delivery service lost FOUR parcels and I have proof!
