@TLRailUK The website stated premier bays only were closed, shocking raised over £1,000 for charity and may now miss the start as having to drive all the way to Stevenage! Will I get my money back for the train due to false advertising from yourself

@TLRailUK just turned up to hitchin and been told can’t park in the station, got a 13 mile walk for charity, station staff unwilling to listen absolutely appalling yet again

@TLRailUK @TLRailUK I have now had to pay £35 for an uber from Elstree and Borehamwood to Leagrave as staff were unable to provide an update on the situation. The driver stated we were stuck behind 5 trains wait for 30 minutes with no update

@TLRailUK can you confirm if I can get a bus for free from St Albans to Luton due to these delays. Managed to get a train to St Albans but not able to get all the way to Leagrave

@TLRailUK Hi Van, thank you for the update. The train I’m on to St Albans has currently stopped at Elstree with limited updates from crew. Doubt will make the buses from St Albans to Luton now. Please can you provide reasonable updates and support to staff to enable us to get home

£21 for a ticket between Bedford and Luton and every single day there is either cancellations or delays. Just for them to give you £2 back.
New excuses everyday; train delays, damage to the overhead wires, trespassers on the line, signalling faults. Absolutely appalling service!
