Things we need to reinforce more w/ athletes
- Progress is your own. Don’t compare
- Weekly/monthly consistency > daily, fleeting intensity
- You can do conditioning w/o throwing up
- It’s OK to rest & recover fully between sprints
- 3-4 intense training days > no days off
