In 2 yrs qualified as a midwife I’ve never dreaded going to work. Rotated into hospital from a community post 3 wks ago and am now dreading every shift. Everyone is doing their best but staffing levels are scary most days (and don’t get me started on nights) #midwife

@EleanorCopp Eventually that’s my plan. I’m trying to embrace the opportunity to work in a different clinical area and learn from my peers, and practise different skills. It’s just a shame that everything is so stretched atm.
