I just learned I have a diagnosis of #BorderlinePersonalityDisorder #BPD. It explains a lot but also raises many questions. With talk therapy and dedication I can regain social skills. Except for medical appts. I have been isolated since Oct. 2019.

I’m not ok. I have a laundry list of things that aren’t ok w/ nothing good on balance. On Wed. my onc RN said Do you ever have a good day? I said I try to make every day good but being disabled, on my own, & spending 4 days a wk @ infusion makes getting on top of 💩 impossible.
