I’m tired of pretending everything is fine so my friends don’t get sick of me. I just lost EVERYTHING at 25. I haven’t really walked or been outside in 6 months, haven’t watched a movie or worked and I’m in always in unbearable pain. And everyone is tired of hearing about it.
@EricMoranFilms Sweatpants exist. Normal shirts exist. They choose to wear tight clothing because they want men to lust after them because it gives them validation and it’s even a fetish for them.
If you work in Tesco for £10 an hour, one hour of your life is worth less to them than one single ironing board cover. We give up our freedom to help the company hit billions of £ worth of profit a year and still have debts, can’t even afford a holiday in the 4 weeks we’re granted freedom without punishment. I just feel everything is so over complicated that nobody can see anything for what it is anymore. It’s slavery made legal by “minimum wage” they’re not even ashamed to use the term “minimum”, they will shamelessly expect you to appreciate that they deem your 40+ hours a week worth as little as legally possible. You’re worth less to them than a packet of nappies and they’d be more upset to lose a packet of nappies than they would be to lose a member of the team. Something needs to be done, and I’d be more than willing to sacrifice my life and freedom if it meant that future generations weren’t surviving on anti depressants and pot noodles. But I am just one woman who gets shagged for a living, I will continue to grow my platforms and share my views that nobody asked for if it means that it relieves the stress off of one single human. This isn’t natural, your depression is being masked not cured, it’s survival of the richest. Cashless world means that money never even leaves the banks, it’s paid into a bank, from and bank and paid back out into a bank, we are giving up our freedom for food and warmth when our freedom, when exchanging for money, is worth way more than £30k a year. One year of our life is worth less than a single decent car in this world and it’s mad how we all just allow it and feel intimidated by the people we are helping to profit hugely from our time. It’s like they’re doing us a favour and god forbid you get sick and have to justify yourself in the office while they tally up how many days you had off “unauthorised”. Madness.
