there's a specific kind of person who always pulls the eight of cups.
they come in saying they're fine. they want to know about their career, finances, or something practical. something they can hold onto.
and then the eight of cups shows up in the middle of everything and goes, no. we're talking about this.
i had a client a while back. she booked a general reading and when she sat down the first thing she said was "i don't really believe in this but my friend made me."
i love when that happens honestly. the skeptics always get the most interesting cards.
we started pulling and everything kept pointing back to one relationship. not romantic — a friendship. and she kept redirecting. "okay but what does that mean for work." and i'd follow her there and the cards would follow us right back.
finally i just said, "i think you already know what you're walking away from and i think you've known for a while."
she paused.
then she said, "yeah. i just wanted someone to tell me i was right."
that's the eight of cups. it's not about abandonment or giving up. it's about the moment you *finally* stop pretending you don't see the door.
the figure on the card isn't running. they're walking. slowly. at night, under a full moon, with their back straight. they packed their bags. they thought about it. it’s intentional.
with mars still moving through taurus right now, there's this heavy, resistant energy around endings. taurus holds on. mars pushes. so the leaving feels harder than it should. it’s more physical, like pulling yourself out of something thick.
but some people don't need more information. they don't need a sign or a reason or permission from a tarot reader they don't even believe in!
they just need someone to say out loud what they've been saying quietly to themselves for months.
that’s what community is about tbh. you show up real and authentically you.
what chapter did you close out this past week? and how are you honoring that this morning?
saturday collective: the world 🌍
it’s the end of the week! this is the moment where you can finally see how far you've come. full moons, new transits, emotional realizations, and sparks of inspiration. this week had layers on layers on layers—
mercury in cancer helps us feel our way through things and the world wants you to *feel* what you've moved through this past week, not just clock it and move on. the world also represents recognition or being witnessed. and not just the polished parts, it’s the whole picture—

the spiritual community has "every card has a positive meaning" to death. it’s hard to just say yeah, that card is telling you something's wrong and you should probably listen—
getting back to YOUR FREQUENCY-the one of ease, where you’re making money, spending it, and stacking it.
everyone is sweeet to you.
you get surprised every day with a new blessing. you LOOK FORWARD TO WAKING UP because you know the day will gift you with something delightful-

Jupiter and Venus will perfect their conjunction at 25° Cancer this coming Tuesday, June 9th. Which is very interesting because Jupiter stationed retrograde on that same exact degree (25° Cancer) back in November of 2025.
Mercury will eventually station retrograde one degree away, at 26° Cancer on June 29th, at the end of the month.
A whole bunch of revisiting events that occurred from Nov. 11th to Mar 11th. This will be important if you're in a Venus, Jupiter, or Mercury year. Especially if you have planets in this late section of Cancer, which you are also activating (for eg, my current timelord is Mercury at 25° Cancer! huge for me! keeping an eye on it!). Also, if you have any planets in this section of Cancer in the Solar Revolution, especially if this planet is the asc ruler of the SR or timelord.
friday collective: the ace of wands 🔥🪄
something is building and the ace of wands is not subtle. this card represents a spark. its the beginning of something that inspires you. it doesn’t have a plan yet—
hot take: most people wait until they're *ready* to start. the ace of wands says readiness is a myth and starting is what creates momentum. the fire doesn't warm you before you light it. you have to light it first—
“Psilocybin, the psychedelic component of magic mushrooms, has previously been touted as an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, addiction, and PTSD — but now researchers say it has the potential to be used in Alzheimer’s intervention as well.
In this case study, published in Frontiers in Neuroscience, researchers focused on an 80-year-old Japanese American woman with Alzheimer’s. She had declined over the previous decade and was reduced to urinary incontinence, speaking in single syllables, and dependence on caregivers for mobility support and daily living.
She was then given a 5g dose of magic mushrooms.
During the initial phase, she was agitated, sweated profusely and entered a prolonged sleep state that suggested unconsciousness. But around hour 19, she began speaking in full autobiographical sentences, recalling life events she had been unable to articulate for years.
In the days and weeks that followed, more incredible changes emerged. She regained urinary continence, even in the evenings, and began dressing herself. She was able to make and maintain eye contact, remember social interactions, emotionally respond to others, and hold lucid conversations.”
the mercury-neptune square began yesterday which means a lot of us are still feeling foggy. are you believing in something that feels too good to be true right now?
