Current topic: Game management

Divide players into two teams
One team blind picks a card, chooses which team they want, play that for 10 mins, if they win, its worth a goal. Opposite team pick and choice for the 2nd game. Pens in Cup finals

Do any other coaches feel like giving up and walking away or felling like it's just to much sometimes?.I'm in a place where I feel I'm loseing love for the game but don't want it to impact the kids, I always put 100% on the grass, but feeling guilty for feeling this way. 🤷‍♂️

Simple design
Middle player working on scanning before receiving ball.
Passers at either end working on movement after pass which helps make scanning harder for middle player.

Nothing can replace training & match hours on the field. No matter how many books i’ve read or courses completed, i’ve learnt far more from the 1000s of practical hours. Get on the pitch as often as possible
