A small sample why the Thai team is successful. Ball seal on the short set, setter cover short line, sweeper taking deep leaning toward zone 1, stack defenders on zone 3&4. Zone 3 covers short, libero takes deep shot. Almost a guaranteed transition ⁦⁦@OneSportsPHL⁩

@puso_pilipinas What makes Ms Cheng effective? Freeze the video when she makes contact w/the ball. Peak contact, elbow to the ball and always at an angle. Fundamental hitting, simple but effective. Nice to watch!
