NFL Football Operations in partnership with the four HBCU Athletic Conferences (MEAC, SWAC, CIAA, SIAC) are thrilled to announce the 2025 Future Leaders in Football Fellows.

This season, 16 students will assist their institution’s football program in an area of football operations as supported by the League office.

As a participant in the program, fellows will be evaluated and considered for additional League developmental opportunities.
