@RealtorSteveMN @MichaelCoudrey @realDonaldTrump I think you’re misunderstanding the point of the pattern day trader rule. The rule is to “ discourage investors from trading excessively”. For someone like me who has studied the market yet is short on capital, this is an unfair rule. It prevents poorer people from day trading.

There are tons of resources for someone starting out to be profitable. Yeah there’s always the possibility that they lose money but they should be in low risk investments anyway if the goal is to save.
