If you are building early-stage and that gap exists in your current setup, I am happy to have that conversation.
Most founders I speak with already sense the problem. They just have not had someone to think it through with yet.
There is a moment in almost every early BD conversation where I can tell how the project will go.
It is not the pitch deck. Not even the token price or the chain.
The founders who build well refuse to let that gap exist.
They force both conversations into the same room early, before launch pressure makes coordination feel impossible.
A small structural decision. The compounding effect of it is not small at all.
The projects that survive build retention infrastructure and liquidity depth before they need it.
They build onboarding designs for users who arrive after the hype, not because of the hype.
Many builders reach out after the cliff (ATH).
The conversation is harder then.
I want to tell you about a GameFi project that did almost everything right.
They had:
Strong community.
Solid tokenomics.
Real gameplay momentum at launch.
Guess what...
It did not hold.
Users arrived and found nothing holding them once the incentives (Airdrops) faded.
That is the retention climax.
Almost every GameFi project encounters it. Very few plan for it in advance.
@Kiwi_Nod@pharos_network@Kiwi_Nod I bring daily engagement, real conversations, and long-term conviction to Pharos.
I educate newcomers, amplify the ecosystem, and never chase pumps. I show up and stay. That's what Pharos needs. 🚀 @Pharos_Network
